What happens after I submit the form?
I review your submission and get back to you within a couple of days. If it looks like a good fit, we’ll schedule a short call to go over your business, goals, and project scope. After that, I’ll send a clear proposal with timeline and pricing. Once approved, we get started.
What does your process look like?
We start with a short call and a simple intake form to understand your business, goals, and what needs to improve. From there, I map out the structure and direction for your site, then move into design and build. You’ll see progress early, give feedback, and we refine from there. The process is straightforward, focused, and built to keep things moving without dragging things out.
How long does a project take?
Most projects are completed within 2 to 4 weeks depending on scope.
Do you build the website or just design it?
We handle both design and build so everything is ready to go live.
Do you only offer Framer development?
Yes currently all websites are built on Framer.
Can you improve my current website?
Yes. Many projects are redesigns of existing websites that are outdated or underperforming.
What if I need more than 5 pages?
We can expand the project scope if needed. Additional pages are priced separately.
Who are the designers?
Studio Ruff is currently a one man studio, ran by Demel. I do not employ other designers, or outsource work to any other entity. You'll work directly with me through the entirety of your experience.
Are there any requests you don’t support?
es. I don’t accept the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.), and Adobe InDesign documents.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of service. And no refunds will be issued for completed work.
